This post should have come way sooner than this, but another reminder of how important customer service is. I decided to take the kids to the park without confirming my charge and ended up stranded half way home. A simple call to John (owner/operator) and within minutes he found a solution. He could have absolutely put his hands up and said, sorry, but he took the opportunity to leave an event he was doing and offer a ride home.
Outside of the service, the cart itself is absolutely beautiful. The seats are comfy, the sound system and functionality of the cart is great too.

We bought our 2026 Denago Rover XL from Ride-Right Custom Carts and the experience was great! The process was easy and the cart came with a lifetime warranty for the battery. If you’re in the market for a new golf cart I highly recommend giving Ride-Right a look! Ask for Bud.

My husband and I purchased a cart from Ride Right in Gainesville. Bud was our salesman and was very helpful. John(the owner) brought the cart to our house, determined that he would need to lower the cart’s roof 1.5 inches to fit in our garage, and then brought the cart back the next day after lowering it. The finance application was very simple and the whole process could not have been more pleasant, easy and convenient!
